Gys EASYMIG 85 welding machine is a one-piece device intended exclusively for MIG welding with flux-cored wire without the use of gas. This machine is ideal for welding steel up to 2 mm thick and is perfectly suited for various types of work, including outdoor work. The device is powered by a standard 230 V mains current, and it is possible to use wire with a diameter of 0.6 and 0.9 mm. The wire feed speed can be adjusted in the range of 1 to 7 meters per minute, while the diameter of the wire spool is 100 mm, and the operating current range is between 40 and 85 amperes. The device weighs only 5.5 kg, which makes it light and easy to transport, especially since there is no need for heavy gas cylinders. Ease of use is further facilitated by a table on the device itself that helps to select the optimal wire feed speed according to the thickness of the material and the diameter of the wire. The wire is placed inside the housing and guided to the torch via feed wheels. Activating the switch turns on the power and starts the wire feed, allowing for simple and efficient operation.
